24-25 Annual Report

After the 2023-2024 season, WBA published our first-ever Season Report, marking an exciting milestone for our organization. For the past decade, WBA has been powered by a dedicated volunteer board of directors—many of whom have been involved since day one. As our work has grown in scope and complexity, it became clear that we needed additional capacity to stay on top of the many developments, meetings, and decisions that impact our mission to protect and preserve human-powered backcountry access in the Central Wasatch.
Hiring a part-time director allowed us to better track and engage in these ongoing efforts—and to begin sharing our progress with our community in a more organized and transparent way. Each report summarizes the initiatives we’ve led, the projects we’re supporting, our community involvement, and the work ahead as we prepare for future seasons.
We’re proud to share these updates from the 2024-2025 season with you and grateful for your continued support.
