1. Donations
All donations made to WBA are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations are used to support our mission of advocating for human-powered winter recreation and protecting public lands in the Central Wasatch Mountains.
2. Tax Deductibility
WBA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors will receive a receipt for their contribution via email. Please consult your tax advisor for specific information regarding tax deductibility.
3. Privacy
Donor information is collected for the purpose of processing donations and providing receipts. WBA respects your privacy and will not share, sell, or trade donor information with any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
4. Email Communications
By making a donation and accepting these terms, you are also subscribing to WBA's email list. We use our email communications to keep our supporters informed about our work, events, updates, and other opportunities to get involved. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
5. Recurring Donations
If you choose to make a recurring donation, your payment method will be charged on the schedule you select (e.g., monthly, quarterly). You may cancel or modify your recurring donation at any time by contacting us at info@wasatchbackcountryalliance.org
6. Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or if there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us within 15 days of the transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
